What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

We have involved ourselves with a product, for the purpose of resale. It is not a franchise. We purchase our product from a distributor and the resell it to the general public. We have no signed agrements with the distributor of the corporation that ownes the product. The only vebal agreement with the distributor is, 1.) they will sell to us at a 35% discount, (we have purchased the product from them at this rate a few times now)
2.) We can not sell on ebay.
3.) We are responsible for our own taxes.
Other then these 3 verbal agreements we have no signed documents.
However, we have placed the product onto a web site, after publishing our web site the distributors contacted us and told us that the corporations policy is that all web sites must be password protected.
Question 1. can they hold me to this?
The corporations own web site is not password protected. Along with several other webs sites selling the same product.
Question 2. They have threatened to stop selling to us if we do not remove the website or password protect it, is this legal?
