What can I do with this situation? HELP PLS

What is the name of your state? outside US (Philippines)

Hi, I'm in the animation / education industry and have been relocated on a different region of our country. Before I agreed to work in this far region, the offer was 2 Batch for 3 months (as written in our signed contract). However, there hasn't been any 2nd batch given to me, and the expected salary was not met. What can I do to regain my dignity in this kind of situation? Anything I can file or maybe do to get something back?

Also, this company has violated the software piracy law and has been using counterfeited softwares to save money. They said that they will purchase a legal copy, but until now they are still using that counterfeited softwares. Can I use this against them? coz I'm really pissed that I only earn half of what I should be earning right now.
