What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Florida
biz2biz contract dispute

Just curious, would a lawyer come in and take the case if the other parties counsel has made overtures in writing of a settlement. More specifically "have your counsel contact me to discuss and amicable resolution"

Just curious.

Cant really see a lawyer being too enthusiastic about working hourly if the other party is ready to settle but only with a lawyer. Seems like they would want to do a contingency deal**************hmm???
