Would these hold up in court?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

My question is about a contract that we are writing for a photo booth rental business we are starting. Would either of these 2 statements actually hold up in court? Thinking of a sole proprietorship but if these types of statements really couldn't hold up just wondering if I should go the LLC route. We will have a one million dollar liability insurance policy.

_______photo booth will be exempt from any claims, actions, suits, costs damages or liabilities, including but not limited to liability for personal injury of any person at the event, property damage, and/or wrongful death, including if caused by negligence on the part of ______photo booth or any of its agents, owners, and/or employees.

how about this one:

______Photo booth shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise to property. Client agrees to use the venue's, or personal liability insurance coverage during the event for any liability claim related to photo booth and indemnify ______photo booths.

Thank You
