Can you get out of a contract with a realtor if a certain amount of time goes by and he has not shown it once, doesnt return calls and has not done some of the things he said at signing that he would do? 5 weeks is too long for me!
Also, after a contract expires or is cancelled, is there a waiting period before you can find another agent?
