3 Owners 1 PropertyWhat is the name of your state?Florida--- I along with my two siblings inherited my Mother's house, all of our names appear on the Deed to the property. After her pasting she didn’t assign an executor of her will. In selling the home does all parties have to sign off? If not, how do I prevent my sister from selling the home without my consent? |

You all would have to sign off. However, your sister could file a "Partition Action", which would force the sale. If you want to keep it, buy it from the others. |
