What is the name of your state?Florida---
I along with my two siblings inherited my Mother's house, all of our names appear on the Deed to the property. After her pasting she didn’t assign an executor of her will. In selling the home does all parties have to sign off? If not, how do I prevent my sister from selling the home without my consent?

**A: were your names and your mother's on the deed prior to her death?
What type of tenancy was listed on the deed?

Florida---- Before death. Executed when she initially bought the property. Through Joint tenants with rights of survivorship

You all would have to sign off. However, your sister could file a "Partition Action", which would force the sale.

If you want to keep it, buy it from the others.
