6(d) Certificate, Please help

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA

I’m selling my part of a duplex and the other half owner is refusing to sign 6(d) Certificate for us. Is there any way I can avoid them? Please help!

Are these separately deeded units?
Is there a condominium agreement?

We have our own deed and share common area. There's a condo association with total 2 trustees.
