| i've just bought a home in new jersey that was listed with .44 acres of land, however the deed only shows .206 acres and the appraisal was done on .88 acres. how much land am i suppose to have? what reprieve do i have to either pay for what i got or get what i paid for? |

| Geez, did you order a survey? No? Well no wonder there are varied figures. Did you talk to your Realtor, the title insurance company, your lender and the real estate appraiser? And why not? |
