After Closing

What is the name of your state? California
I closed escrow on a property that I sold 3 months ago. The Buyer is now saying he was not paid for repairs. He signed all the papers and is now saying he overlooked the omission. I thought the close of escrow sealed the deal. Do I still owe for the repairs.
