after signing/closing. changes???

i have recently refinanced and consolidated bills. thought everything went smooth. untill i found out some bills est $7000.00 was not paid. then i requested copies of final hud statements. they did not match what i had signed nor agreed to. i would have never have gone through with the loan. these final docs *hud* have never been signed by me. escrow is avoiding me and when i ask how were they changed with out my knowledge.
escrow states that they just can ************** im not sure but it sounds like something went wrong. ty for looking at my post
