Am I bound to my contract with realtor? What is the name of your state? Wisconsin I've had my home with a realtor for 4 months ending 1/10/06. Verbally on 1/10/06 I agreed to extend my contract 1 month. I have had some offers outside of the realtor and am wondering if I am legally bound to my contract. |

| Were they introduced to the property DURING the listing contract? Shown the home while listed? If so, there is procuring cause, and a commission would be due, even if the actual offer was writtten after expiration. Anyone shown the place who buys within the six months following expiration is basically a buyer under the listing contract.
