Any other solution except going on a lawsuit?I found out a lot of problems on the house that I want to buy after paying the 10% deposit and signing the contract and one month before the closing settlement. The house is located in Queens, New York. However , I want to back out the contract. Is there a solution except going on a lawsuit? |

| Scotch tape will work. Talk to YOUR Realtor, there should be some protective clauses in the home inspection section of the contract.
