Question

assignable contract

I have a question about an assignable contract. I had a contract to purchasr real estate assigned to me. My mortgage company has the original contract between the original buyer and seller and also has the assignment of contract form signed by me and the original buyer. Now they are telling me I need a sales agreement between me and the original buyer. I am confused as to who gets paid. Does my mortgage company pay the original seller or the person who assigned the contract to me? Thanks.

Please repost using Seller, Buyer ! and Buyer 2 (you).
