Attorney review period - 2 days - new offer on 3rd day..

What is the name of your state? NJ
We are in the process of selling out home in NJ
We were in attorney review and on the second day itself (today), my attorney told me that both parties have agreed to the cosmetic changes to the contract and we are out of attorney review and are under contract.
Today morning , we got another offer for 3500$ more than the older offer. But, my attorney told me that we cannot accept this as we are out of attorney review period.

I read somewhere that in NJ, we have a three day attorney review period where each parties can back out. Today being the third, can we back out....???
(I know that the attorney said we are out of review, but its only 2 days..)
