Attorney wants more money 2 years after closingWhat is the name of your state? New Jersey My attorney wrote to me two years after our closing to say he had mistakenly refunded to me $1,000 too much at the closing, and that he would like me to now send him a check for that amount. Am I legally obligated to do so, after 2 years? |
