What is the name of your state? Arizona

I am married and recently signed a contract on a new build and gave them a check for the earnest deposit. Am I entititled to a full refund of the earnest deposit since my wife has not signed the contract and the funds came from a shared checking account?
FYI - Arizona is a community property state

2. Yes, they said she doesnt have to sign until closing
3. Contract states, if cancelled within 30 days subject to administrative fee (been 2 wks)
