I am currently have sellers remorse, it is one month from the close and I would like to terminate the agreement to sale. What penalties or lawsuits either by the buyer and agents involved am I looking at? I live in the state of Georgia and once again all contracts have been signed. Any advice with how to proceed.

Hire an attorney right away to see if there is an out.
