| | | bad real estate dealings What is the name of your state?
Arizona was the place of occurence.
Hi,
I recently sold a home Arizona through a broker?friend? whom lived across the street for 12 years. I asked for advice on selling. The broker had me sign papers with a cancellation anytime clause the night I was moving out of state. I tried to cancel. He said I could not. He said I must look at the first offer he received from a third party. After verbal abuse, slander, and condemnation personally he got me to accept an offer. Upon closing the buyer's name was filled in as the broker's. In addition, he told me I could get the $10,000 ++ items, many sentimental and unreplaceable) left in my garage either by him or myself. When I went to get them myself, he had disposed of them all. The closing papers show he was in my home painting, etc. before I ever agreed to sell. I feel raped. Any suggestions?
Sincerely,

| | | | Yes, this guy is licensed, although I don't think he should be at this point.
