bank dragging feet

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Ohio
Am selling home. Buyer lined up, contract signed. Buyer's bank is dragging it's feet making weird requests (structural engineer approval). Buyer agreed to purchase property with passed inspection paperwork which has been accomplished. Title company ready to close. Any legal advice regarding incompetency of buyer's bank? His bank had lost the original paperwork and everything had to be resubmitted.

You have no legal standing with the bank.
Your only option is to pressure the Buyer to put pressure on the bank.
