Buyer's bank is dragging it's feet making weird requests (structural engineer approval). Buyer agreed to purchase property with passed inspection paperwork which has been accomplished. Title company ready to close. Any legal advice regarding incompetency of buyer's bank? His bank had lost the original paperwork and everything had to be resubmitted. Thanks! ![]() |
