Bankruptcy vs. home loan

What is the name of your state?

GA

How difficult is it to be approved for a home loan if you have filed Bankruptcy before. The bankruptcy was 3 1/2 years ago and it was a chapter 7. I have a full time job and make 39,000K a year.

What should I do in order to be able to ensure eligibility for a loan?

**A: talk to a mortgage broker.
