Bat Infestation Also

What is the name of your state? PA

Let me be brief, I also have purchased a home that is infested with bats.

Homeowner did not disclose in realestate disclosure form.

The bat people say that they have been here for about 10years.

the home inspector hired did not inspect the attic. The homeowners made sure that the attic was sealed up. My boyfriend was present for the inspection. Inspectors papers stated that he would come out again if requested. That same evening we requested that he go back out and assess the attic for structure and other things.

He went back out a few days later and did not go into the attic.
He told our realestate agent that everything was fine. (We could not go to the inspection because of schedules).

We noticed the bat problem the first night in the home.

Made the appropriate phone calls. Called the inspector. Says that he did inspect the attic and everything was fine.

Our lawyer contacted the inspector and he admitted that he never stepped foot in the attic.

There are 6 to 8 inches of guano in our attic, as well as falling through the walls on the second story. We are at a loss because we dont have the money to fix it.

It is a very unhealthy situation, but it was either move in to the house or live out of our minivan.

We are suing, but it seems the ones at fault have more rights then we do.

Please help
