Both Names on Title and mortgage after divorce

Here in Colorado Divorce is a trip! At the final orders hearing the judge told me to move out and my ex-wife to move back into the mobile home. Both of our names are on the title and mortgage. She became deliquent in payments and has fled the country to avoid procecutuion for violating the restraining order I have on her. During mediation, while I was still in the house we had agreed to sell the house and split the profits. I had made arrangements with a relator, but she refused to sign the papers and I was told no sale could proceed because of that.

My question is: Now that she has been gone one week, how in the world can I sell the house since it will be impossible to get her to sign anything?
I have read one similar case here on this site. The answer was to refinance and to get the title in my name only. Is this a possibility?

**A: you need to hire an attorney and go back to court to obtain an order of sale.
