breach of contract

What is the name of your state? california. i own a mobile home and went to look for a private land at a new mobile home dealer. they told me they had a land for sale, and to apply for a loan. i did that and was approved, and when i had everything ready to buy, the store owner told me that the land was only for new mobile homes. i was upset and went to a realtor to ask them about the same land and they said that they where wrong and that i can put my mobile home ( 5 yrs. old ) they check the land and told me that it was available and i agree to buy it from them. they made the sales agreement and both signed the contract. after that they called the mobile home dealer to tell them that they sold the land to me. the dealer told the realtor that they had an agreement to sale the land to a customer. later the realtor found out that they were saving the land for me, and the realtor told them that i was with them and that i allready signed the sales agreement. next day i found out that the mobile home dealer had sold the land to somebody else. can i fight for the land, or i don't have a case. please help. thank you
