breach of contract !

new york state
verbly agreed to sell home to buyers,they needed a couple of months to get funds for closing and down from 401k,
agreeded to allow them to rent for cople ofmonths till close

1 yr later giving one last chance allowed had them sign agreement on the 23 june,stateing they would obtaine mortgage commitment by the13of july or evacuate the premise
by 1 of august, they signed, they also failed to obtain the commitment, and now are not going to be out on time.
is there anything i can do? sorry so long

Evacuate and hire the attorney you should have hired 14 months ago when you first met these people to do the deal.
