I live in Medicine Hat, Alberta (Canada). My step son moved into our rental property and my husband and I entered into a verbal agreement for him to purchase the property. However, he has been unable to secure a mortgage due to his bad credit rating, he has failed to pay the mortgage on time, damaged the property extensively inside and out, and now he is refusing to vacate the premises. How can we repossess our home so we can sell it? The house is still in our name. Please advise. We are desperate. Thank you.
