Breach of WarrantyWhat is the name of your state? New Hampshire Purchased a piece of land from realtor. Same realtor, pursuant to agreement, placed a modular home on lot for sale to myself. After the sale, we later discovered much of the plumbing was violative of pertinent Code. We have since remedied the defects, and now curious to find out what legal action if any we could take against realtor for our loss. Thanks! |

Breach of WarrantyHi Guru: I appreciate your prompt reply. I thought if such a construction warranty is not express, then it would be implied? Furthermore, why would there be building codes if builders were not held to them? Also, New Hampshire has adopted a commercial code predicated upon the UCC, would this potentially apply?
