I went into contract on a house - put down 25,000 at signing. I was counting on significant help with the remainder of our downpayment (total of 89,000). I had heard that there is a 3 day buyer's remorse or attorney review period where the contract can be broken for any reason but my attorney has informed me that there isn't. Can anyone confirm?
