Builder has changed facade of townhouse building

What is the name of your state Pennsylvania
We entered into a contract last March for the purchase of a new construction condominium with the 3rd floor bonus room. The building is to have 8 units with only 2 units having a 3rd floor room (which cost an addl $20,000) Six other buildings had already been built and sold & this one had not yet been started. SEttlement was scheduled for Nov/Dec (now delayed til Jan) We realized this week that they have changed the appearance of the outside of our building. It is no longer a symmetrial Georgetown Style building!! Apparently, so many people wanted the 3rd floor, that they changed our end of the building and offered other people the chance to have the 3rd floor built. the above link shows the high and low rooftops - we now have a high roof on both sides of our home. They made this change in May and NEVER even told us & I had even asked about having the 3rd floor completed for an end unit and they said it couldnt be done... and now they are doing it!! Legally, what is our position on this change to the building?
Do we have any say or even the ability to break our contract? WE are very disappointed and cant seem to get a rendering of how this building will now look - by the looks of the standstill in construction on our end, I believe they arent really sure how they are marrying up these units now. I am really disappointed - please let me know if I have any recourse. Thanks! What is the name of your state? PennsylvaniaWhat is the name of your state?

If the builder has not changed the facade on the unit that you are purchasing, I doubt if there is anything you can do.

FAcade Changed

Actually, I just spoke with the builders rep today and they offered to compensate me with addl upgrades if I stayed where we were OR they will let me switch out to an unsold end unit in another building with no addl cost for the premium end unit! I was really pleased that they understood my disappointment and concern.

Good to go

Toll Bros. is a fairly reputable company. They are not known for "screwing" the people they're building homes for in Pennsylvania. Glad to hear things worked out.
