Builder Selling House Before It's Owned

What is the name of your state? PA

We sold our house to a builder who is going to knock it down and builld new and are scheduled to settle on September 12th. Recently, the builder listed our house for sale on the MLS (multiple listing service). Are they allowed to try to sell our house when they do not own it yet??
