Builder is trying to back out

Georgia

A little different situation, the big question is do I have legal ground to stand on?

A new development was listed on the Beazer Homes website for a set price with a 3 car garage. When I went to the development the sales counselor said this is a mistake but if you sign today we will honor this deal. I signed, she called and got her manager (district sales manager) to approve (it's stated in the contract he approved). I gave my earnest money and they cashed it. The website stayed the same way for over 10 days after this contract was submitted. 2 1/2 weeks later I get a call saying the VP of sales refused to ratify the contract and they are giving me 2 options, pull out and get all your money back plus $200 gas card for your troubles, or we will split the cost of the garage with you. They told me a disclaimer on their website allows for price mistakes like this, even if they knew about it and it took 10 days for this to change. I told them I will see them in court. Do I have any grounds for a case?
Thanks in advance.
