What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania.
I currently live in New York and I am buying a house in Reading, Pennsylvania. I was told that I do not need to hire an attorney to handle the closing that it is done at the title company is that correct?

True, however, that attorney usually just goes to the title company for the closing with you, looks over the HUD-1, says "yep, everything is okay" and hands you a bill.
