buyer fighting for earnest money.


What is the name of your state? arizona

what is the law regarding earnest money? i recently put my house in the market and closing day of escrow was yesterday and as the buyer was about to sign the last page he decided he didin't want the house and he has no justifiable reason. now he is trying to get the earnest money and the title agency are giving me no answers. help!

the real estate agent is trying to get answers but the title agency is not returing her calls, my calls, or the loan officers calls. the loan officer did call the real estate agent and let her know the buyer was approved for the loan and he was trying to get the loan officer to state he was not approved for the loan. i think something fishy is going on.
