Buyer of my property wants to send me a bill!

What is the name of your state? CA

The buyer of my property signed a contract that after the close of escrow we as the seller would have 3 days to move out. She wanted to move in a day and a half giving us only 1 1/2 day to move. We weren't able to move everything out so we only took the items we wanted to keep. We left behind items we wanted to throw out but wasn't given a chance. Now the buyer wants to send us a bill to dispose of these items. Is this fair??? What are our rights given that we had a signed contract!

PLEASE HELP!
