buyer wants money


What is the name of your state?INDIANA
I SOLD A HOUSE AND FOR SOME REASON THE GUY WHO BOUGHT IT THINKS HE SHOULD BE GETTING SOME OF THE MONEY THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTS SHOW I GET THE MONEY IF FOR SOME REASON HE WAS TO GET MONEY WOULDN'T THE LOAN COMPANY HAVE GAVE HIM HIS OWN CHECK?HE CALLS FOR HOURS ON END SAYS HE IS GOING TO GET AN ATTORNEY AND SUE THERES NO WAY HE CAN SUE IS THERE?

Anyone can sue for anything - so yes, he can sue. Winning the suit is another story.

I almost bet you he used one of those real estate courses you see on tv late at nite. Thought he could buy the house with no money down and walk away at closing with a check.
