Maryland. I signed a contract with a buyers agent. We were taken to houses currently on the market and not new construction. I went and found on my own some new construction that I would like to buy since I didn't like any of the houses currently on the market. I would like to get out of the buyers agent contract since I wasn't shown any new construction. Is this possible.

What does you Buyer's Agent contract state?
