buyer's agent's actions... is this legal?

What is the name of your state?
Georgia

i am the seller and not living in georgia anymore. on a recent visit to take care of inspection items on the house, i found out that the buyer's agent had made a copy of the key for the buyer. demanded the key back from the buyer's agent. finished all the items on the list. inspite of having completed everything that was on the inspection list and guaranteeing the work the buyer postponed the closing and now wants to have an inspector go through the work. can't tell for sure, but somehow this turnaround seems to be a result of asking the key back.

1. is making a copy of the key legal?
2. is the buyer liable for entering the house without permission even if the agent is the one who made the key?
3. the house wasn't completely vacant, i had a few furniture items in the house
4. after having done everything on the list, can the buyer create problems and legally keep postponing the closing?

what can i do at this juncture since i have met all the obligations in the contract?

thanks in advance for any help and pointers.

1. is making a copy of the key legal?

**A: as you are still the legal owner. File a complaint with the state against that real estate agent.

Hi,
Thank you for your response. I have called the necessary numbers and have started the proceedings. The only questions I have is regarding the house sale.

Does this in any way affect the sale of the house and/or the closing?
Is it a good idea to wait till the closing before I start this process?

Thanks again.
