buyers backed out

What is the name of your state? FL
I was selling a house and had a signed contract with a closing date in three weeks the buyers were pre approved for the loan and the home inspection went fine. About a week later my agent calls me and tells me the buyers have bought another house. My house was reported sold to several potential buyers. I know they lose the escrow money but my question is can i sue them for breach of contract and recover the added expenese in selling my house. I ended up selling the house for $4000 less.

**A: if the contingencies were removed, then you could sue the Buyer.

In reading the cotract the only contingencies i see are the home inspection and the buyers obtaining a loan with a rate not to exceed 8% and both of those were ok.

Thanks,

Thanks,

**A: sounds like you have grounds to sue for breach of contract, damages etc.
