Question

buyer's remorse?

have been in house since oct. 1st and have spent many hours repairing/replacing items. i want to know if buying a house implies that all existing structural conditions are our responsibility (i.e. bought "as-is") or do we have recourse in pursuing some financial relief from the seller/realtor.

fyi: house built in 1957
seller and realtor are one in the same, as well as being
agent for both buyer and seller

See a real estate attorney as you may have numerous claims.
