buyers requests after coe

What is the name of your state?ca
I just sold my Tahoe home which I lived in for 10+ years on 3/29/05 and recieved today a nasty letter from buyers accusing me of not disclosing some items and requesting action to be taken. The buyer states I didn't disclose "no hot water after 15 minutes", Well they had an inspection done which indicates a 30 gallon water heater which is not a large water heater and it is expected to run out after some time. They are asking that I replace the water heater and pay for installation at 1300.00. Mind you it was an older water heater but still a functioning one. They also are accusing me of not disclosing " low water pressure". I never experienced low water pressure and per there inspections it had 45psi which the inspector said was average. They said they had a plumber over and want me to reimbure them 140.00 but didn't supply me with a invoice or state what the problem was. it was OK when I left. Lastly I was accused of not disclosing "water seepage in garage area". In the 10 years I was there I did have water seepage in the terrible storms of the 1997 flood in which the water table was high and created a puddle in the out side of the garage and no damage occured. It lasted for 3 days and never happened again so just forgot about it. The home is on a hillside and the garage is cut into granite about 9 feet high and the seepage drizzled in at the bottom. They are requesting I pay for a french drain to be installed at a cost of 25,000.00. You can not put in a french drain 9 feet down in bedrock. They never asked for a home warranty which I would have gladly paid for nor did they ever perform a final walkthrough prior to COE. I truly believe they are taking me for a ride. Do they have a case against me or do you have any suggestions for me. Thanks
