Buyers Rights

What is the name of your state? Arizona

We have recently purchased a house. The seller keeps wanting to move the closing date out because their new house is not yet complete. We do not want to agree to move the closing to a new date as we are incurring household goods storage costs, increased insurance costs, and general inconvenience as we have sold and vacated our old home. What rights and remedies do we as the buyers have to force the seller to close on the contract date and vacate the premises? If we chose to hold the seller in breach of contract and decided to sue for specific performance, how long does that take timewise and what is an approximate legal fees cost estimate?

Thanks

First, answer two questions:

A. What does your written contract say about this situation?

and

2. What does your real estate agent say about this situation?
