Buying HomeFlorida I made an offer on a home and the owners verbally accepted my offer - then a higher offer was presented (after their verbal acceptance of my offer) and they have said that they are taking the higher offer. Is their verbal acceptance of my offer legally binding upon them? |

| Real estate contracts must be in writing. Unless they signed the contract accepting your written offer, you have nothing. |
