| | | Buying a house owned by an Estate What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Georgia
I am trying to a buy a home owned by a Non profit Foundation. The home owner died of illness. A Year before his death, it seems he transferred the home to a foundation, the CEO of the Foundadtion being his Step Son, secretary being his wife.
My question is : Are there any issues involved in buying this home? Let us say, I find some structural problem in the home 6 months later, who do I contact, The foundation?
Thanks for your help

| | Thanks; I will do that.
What if I find something later, say after 6 months. In case of a individual, hypothetically, I can sue him. can I do the same in case of a an Estate or Foundation? Quote: |
