Buying an investment property pretaxed

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD

I'm wondering if anyone would have input as to purchasing an investment property with pre-taxed earnings? Would I still be responsible to pay taxes on that amount or would it be deferred/depreciated/deducted?

There are an expanded set of rules regarding investments from your IRA, but I don't think that is what you mean. What are you talking about?
