Question

Buying property in US (NY)

If I am not a US citizen but I am legally working in the US with a working Visa, can I own property in US? Specially NY City?

I pay taxes and all every year and have been leaving in NY for the past 3 years.

If yes, are there any special requirements I need to overcome?
