Buying and Selling a home

First, does anyone no where I can get copies of the necessary forms to buy or sell in MD.

Second, my agent for the sale of my property keeps talking about help with closing. Should I help with closing? what does this cost me, my agent says nothing but I don't see how, if you add to price of house don't my taxes or something go up when I report earnings?

As the seller, what is the pros and cons of assisting the buyer with closing cost? Can the buyer add the closing cost to the price of the house thus not affecting my net profit now or in the future?

**A: Paying closing costs is generally used as a marketing tool and Buyer incentive. The increase in sales price to compensate is negotiable.
