Question

Buying and Selling without Real Estate License

What is the name of your state? Georgia

Can I start a company that buy and sell preforeclosures, foreclosure and distressed properties legally without being a real estate agent or broker?

**A: yes you can if you remain principal and buy and sell for yourself only.
