Question
my question are coming from philadelphia pa i am buying a home for sale buy owner she is a friend of the family and is holding the mortgage what are some things we should look for and question when purchasimg this home and signing any agreements ogormansgrl@aol.com

1. hire an attorney to write and/or review your purchase contract.

Advise tip #1: Family or friends of the family mean nothing, they will screw you just as quick as anyone else.
