California Real Estate Disclosure StatementWhat is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA I purchased my first home 7 mos. ago. The seller's agent did not provide me a "Real estate Transfer Disclosure Statement" when i purchased the house, I understand now that this disclosured is required by California law. REgardless, i now have some serious plumbing and roofing problems that i may have been made aware of had i had seen the disclosure form before i made my decision to purchase the house. My question is can i sue the realtor for fraud since i believe she kept this form away from me so that i would not know of the problems with the house and buy the house. Your response is appreciated. Thanks! From a first time home buyer taken advantage of.What is the name of your state? |

**A: yes you can sue. But why did you not have your own agent? |

| Did you have a home inspection prior to buying the home? If so, what did the inspector say about the plumbing and the roof?

**A: look through all your papers and see if you find a dual agency agreement. |

| OK thanks. Then you're on your own with no agent representation. |
