California Real Estate Disclosure Statement

What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA
I purchased my first home 7 mos. ago. The seller's agent did not provide me a "Real estate Transfer Disclosure Statement" when i purchased the house, I understand now that this disclosured is required by California law. REgardless, i now have some serious plumbing and roofing problems that i may have been made aware of had i had seen the disclosure form before i made my decision to purchase the house. My question is can i sue the realtor for fraud since i believe she kept this form away from me so that i would not know of the problems with the house and buy the house. Your response is appreciated.
Thanks!

**A: yes you can sue. But why did you not have your own agent?

Did you have a home inspection prior to buying the home? If so, what did the inspector say about the plumbing and the roof?

Thanks for your reply, from what i understand it's not a requirement for me to have my own agent so i didn't bother getting one. Or maybe the seller's agent was acting as both buyer and seller agent w/out my consent.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I only have a termite inspection report and a warranty on the A/C.

**A: look through all your papers and see if you find a dual agency agreement.

OK thanks. Then you're on your own with no agent representation.
