| Well I just spoke with our agent's manager and she said that we are within our right to back out and get our deposit back. I told her that was not what our agent had said and that is why we were getting so frustrated. I think that our agent is a little intimidated by the selling agent because they have been very nasty this whole time. That is another reason why we want out - we are fed up with their attitude. | Well that's what all the responders to your thread have been saying. I hope you told the manager that your agent was as idiot. It is one thing to be intimidated by the cooperating agent and another to stand by your clients side and interpret the contract in a factual and correct manner demonstrating the proper standard of care and fiduciary duty.
