I hired a licensed Real Estate person to sell my home. I need to sell within 30 days, and the agent knew that. The agent never brought any prospects, did not hold any open houses, and did not work at all. Then, the agent said our asking price too high, and ask to lower the price. We agreed to lower the price by JUST $5,000.00. The agent, without our approval lowered the asking price by $10,000.00! Can I cancel and terminate this contract? ANY REPSONSE PLEASE....
